Hotel and Vendor Walkthrough

I’ll bring together your vendors and hotel team for a final review of all upcoming events. This meeting is our chance to address any last questions, confirm every detail, and ensure everyone is aligned to deliver your wedding day seamlessly.
Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

I’ll guide your bridal party through the ceremony rehearsal so everyone feels confident in their role. With a few practice runs, we’ll ensure the ceremony flows flawlessly with little to no guidance needed on the big day.
Coordination And Execution Of All Events

On your wedding day, I’ll be the quiet presence making sure everything runs smoothly—coordinating vendors, keeping the timeline flowing, and solving any issues before you even notice them. You’ll be free to celebrate, knowing I’ve got every detail covered just the way you imagined.

Investment

Travel Expenses are not included in the fee
Depending on the complexity of your events, additional staff may be required to ensure flawless execution. The fee is $500 per staff member, for up to 8 hours of service.
