Initial Planning & Destination Selection
We’ll start with a deep-dive into your vision, budget, and priorities. Then, I’ll provide up to 5 curated resort options in one destination (Cancún/Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, etc.). Each option is handpicked to match your style, needs, and budget.
Want to explore more than one destination? No problem—just add $500 per extra destination. -
Site Inspection (Optional, but oh-so-fun)
If you’d like to see things up close before committing, I’ll plan a 3-day site inspection trip that feels more like a mini getaway. You’ll get:
Guided tours of up to 3 resorts in your chosen destination
A menu tasting at your favorite resort
An optional engagement photoshoot (photographer not included)
Insider tips on local weather, sunsets, travel times, and more

To keep things stress-free, I’ll create a customized wedding timeline with key monthly milestones so you know exactly what happens when.

Contract Consulting
This is where I save you hours of stress. Once you’ve chosen your dream resort, I’ll review the proposals, guide you through the fine print, and help you negotiate the best possible terms for your wedding contract. You’ll walk away knowing your big decision is locked in safely and smartly.
