With this package, I take the lead as your one-on-one wedding planner, managing the communication with your hotel, keeping everything on track, and guiding you step-by-step through each stage of planning. You get the benefit of my experience, my structure, and my calm presence — so you can stress less and enjoy more.
Together, we’ll follow my proven process to bring your destination wedding vision to life — from vendor selection to timelines, flow, and creative direction — all while I act as your planning partner and advocate behind the scenes.
What is included
Hotel communication management – I liaise directly with your hotel to keep things moving smoothly and reduce the back-and-forth for you.
Vendor recommendations – You’ll receive the hotel’s preferred vendor plus up to 3 outside alternatives for each key category.
On going planning meetings – To review progress, make decisions, and keep things aligned.
Detailed wedding week timeline – With hour-by-hour schedules for vendors and VIPs (bride, groom, wedding party, MC, etc.).
Creative input – Support with upgrades, layout, flow, entertainment ideas, and more — all tailored to your hotel’s offerings..
Unlimited in-person or virtual meetings
** This is a planning-only package and concludes once the planning phase is complete — meaning vendors have been selected, booked, and paid; timelines finalized; and your event is fully mapped out for execution.
At that point, you’ll transition to your hotel’s wedding coordinator for the final on-site logistics.
