Eligibility, Terms, and Conditions

By submitting this form, I (we) acknowledge that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of my (our) knowledge. Participation in The Mexico Wedding Expert Giveaway is voluntary and made with genuine intent to plan a destination wedding in Mexico with the guidance of Mexico Wedding Alchemy, represented by Jeniffer Dotson.

I (we) understand that this submission does not constitute a contract for services. Final eligibility and acceptance are subject to review by Mexico Wedding Alchemy, and all participants must meet the requirements outlined below.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To participate, entrants must:

  • Be engaged couples aged 18 years or older, planning a wedding in Fall 2026 or 2027.

  • Be in the early stages of planning, with no signed hotel, resort, travel agent, or wedding planner contracts and no deposits made for wedding services.

  • Plan a wedding of at least 40–50 guests (approximately 20 double-occupancy rooms).

  • Understand that the prize includes The MEXpert Method Package only (value $1,250) and that all resort, travel, and vendor costs are separate.

  • Agree that site-inspection planning is included, but travel expenses are not.

  • Confirm that Mexico Wedding Alchemy exclusively provides planning services for weddings taking place in Mexico.

2. Prize & Package Inclusions

The winning couple will receive The MEXpert Method Package, which provides professional guidance to:
a. Determine the ideal destination and region in Mexico.
b. Select the appropriate resort and wedding venue.
c. Create a customized room-block proposal and confirm the wedding date.

The package concludes upon completion of the hotel, venue, and wedding date confirmation process. No refunds or monetary exchanges are permitted.

The first five booked weddings with AIC Resorts through this program will also receive one of the following exclusive resort experiences:

  • Private cocktail for the wedding party

  • Two bonus reception hours

  • 50-minute couples massage

  • Romantic dinner for two

  • Bali beach bed experience

Engagement Photoshoot & Photography Bonus Terms

The Winning Couple will receive one (1) complimentary engagement photoshoot to be held exclusively during an approved Site Inspection at an AIC resort. The Site Inspection date must be confirmed by Mexico Wedding Alchemy (“MWA”), AIC Hotels, and the designated photography partner. If the Winning Couple does not complete a Site Inspection for any reason, the complimentary engagement photoshoot is forfeited with no cash value, replacement services, or credits.

All participants are eligible for one (1) complimentary additional photography hour (“Bonus Hour”) when booking a minimum of four (4) consecutive paid photography hours with the designated photography partner. This Bonus Hour is valid only for services performed at AIC resort properties and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credits. Standard booking, availability, and vendor travel policies apply.

MWA and participating vendors reserve the right to verify eligibility and approve scheduling. Non-compliance with these terms may result in forfeiture of the engagement photoshoot and/or Bonus Hour.

3. Exclusions & Limitations of Liability

The prize does not include resort accommodations, hotel, vendor, or travel fees. No additional payments, discounts, or credits toward resort services are included.

All sales are final. No refunds are available under any circumstances.
Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the MEXpert Method Package.

  • If awarded as a giveaway, total liability equals US $0.

  • If purchased at a discounted promotional rate, liability shall not exceed the amount paid — US $750 (for bookings before Dec 15, 2025) or US $1,000 (for bookings before Jan 15, 2026) or US $1,100 (for bookings before Feb 15, 2026).

  • Under no circumstances shall total liability exceed the total amount paid by the participant.

4. Required Agreement & Service Scope

The winning participant must sign the formal MEXpert Method Service Agreement with Mexico Wedding Alchemy, represented by Jeniffer Dotson, before any services begin.
This agreement serves as the definitive roadmap outlining the inclusions, limitations, and parameters of the package, ensuring both parties clearly understand:

  • The scope of services provided

  • The client’s responsibilities

  • The boundaries of The MEXpert Method Package, whether complimentary or discounted

5. Participant Screening

All entrants will be vetted to ensure eligibility. This includes verifying that participants are newly engaged, have no current resort or travel-agent contracts, and are planning for at least 40 guests.

To qualify, participants must:

  • Complete a formal application form providing details such as desired wedding date range, estimated guest count, and preferred destinations.

  • Participate in a complimentary 30-minute introductory call with Jen Dotson to verify eligibility and alignment with the MEXpert Method process.
    During this call, participants may also ask any destination-wedding-related questions and gain valuable insight from Jen’s expertise.

6. Media & Promotional Consent

Participants agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to The Mexico Wedding Expert Giveaway and Mexico Wedding Alchemy’s services.
This may include interviews, testimonials, or social media features connected to their experience.

7. Photo & Media Usage Consent

By entering, I (we) grant Mexico Wedding Alchemy, represented by Jeniffer Dotson, and its affiliated partners (including AIC Resorts and JJ Studio) the right to use images, videos, and related content from our engagement shoot and wedding for business, marketing, and promotional purposes across digital, print, and social media platforms.

8. Conduct & Communication

All participants are expected to maintain respectful communication and professional conduct throughout the planning process. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or termination of services.

Mexico Wedding Alchemy, represented by Jeniffer Dotson, reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel this giveaway at any time without prior notice. Participation signifies full understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
